ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE


ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS Held once a year. Elects the Council of Management.
COUNCIL OF MANAGEMENT Consists of 75 members, who in accordance with the articles of Association, represents all sectors of economic activity. Elects the Chairman and Executive Committee of OEB and formulates the Federation's general policy.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Consists of 12 Members. Promotes the aims and objectives of OEB within the framework of the general policy set by the Council of Management.
CHAIRMAN Presides over the Annual General Meeting, the Council of Management and the Executive Committee.
DIRECTOR GENERAL Heads the Secretariat of the Federation. Proposes policy guide-lines and ensures that decisions taken by the Council of Management and the Executive Committee are implemented. He is an ex-officio full member of both bodies.
