The Department of Statistics and Research announces that it has published the annual report "Wholesale and Retail Trade Statistics, 1996".

The report provides detailed information on distributive trade such as employment, sales, costs and investments of commercial enterprises by kind of activity.

The publication is available for sale from the Government Printing Office at C£5,00 per copy.
