This looks like an exercise in attributive position. There are two constructions in which an adjective is considered to be in attributive position: either between the article and its noun (e.g., η καλή οικία) or after a repeated article (e.g., η οικία η καλή).
The second "τα" in your sentence is the repeated article: τα χρήματα τα κλεπτόμενα.
Note also that the entire prepositional phrase "ύπο του αδίκου άρχοντος" is also in attributive position between "τα" and "κλεπτόμενα."
P.S. The opposite of attributive position is predicate position, where the adjective lies outside of the article-noun group, as if the verb "to be" is understood but omitted, e.g.: καλή [εστιν] η οικία or η οικία [εστί] καλή. |
