qualifying nouns

I want to say, " I prefer that Greek doctor"

If the doctor is a lady, which of the following is most correct?

α) Προτιμώ εκείνη την ελληνική γιαρτρό.

or

β) Προτιμώ εκείνη την ελληνίδα γιαρτρό.

Will be grateful for some help.

  When the noun refers to a human, a gender-appropriate noun of nationality is used:
Προτιμώ εκείνη την Ελληνίδα ιατρό. = I prefer that [female] Greek doctor.
Ο Αμερικανός πρέσβης είναι ο κύριος Σμιθ. = The American ambassador is Mr. Smith.

Only if the noun refers to some non-human or inanimate item is an adjective of nationality used:
Προτιμώ την ελληνική μουσική. = I prefer Greek music.
Ο αμερικανικός ραδιοφωνικός σταθμός είναι στην οδό Σπάρτης. = The American radio station is on Sparta Street.
