  Hi Ralph,

I haven't used Windows for some time, since XP in fact. However, it's my memory that you would need to use the Windows install disk (maybe even download from the MS site) to add foreign language support to your OS

Languages are already installed on Windows 7.  Click Start, Control Panel, then click Clock, Languages and Regions.  Under Regions and Languages, click the Keyboards and Languages tab.  Click Change Keyboards.  Under Installed Services, click Add.  Double click the language you want to add, double click Keyboard, select the text services options you want to add, then click OK.

See "Windows 7 Installation" in the Greek Font/Keyboard Questions Forum in Elementary 101.
