Regarding learning greek passive verb conjugation - it's rather tricky thing. I learnt it using a great online tutorial - http://ikindalikelanguages.com/labs/courses.php?id=58 You can also use this page - http://modern-greek-verbs.tripod.com/contents.html but it's only a reference, it doesn't explain anything.

διδάσκω and επιδιώκω have the same paradigm of conjugation, you are right.
