First of all, directly addressing people, whether in speech or in writing, requires the vocative case of the names, including any modifying adjectives, which must always agree in gender, number, and case with their noun. While vocatives of all plurals and of almost all feminine singulars are identical with nominatives, masculine singulars ending in -ος will show a difference between vocative and nominative forms.
So if separating the names: Αγαπητή Μαρία και Αγαπητέ Νίκο or if together: Αγαπητοί Μαρία και Νίκο
And if all the same biological gender: Αγαπητές Μαρία και Έλλη Αγαπητοί Νίκο και Αλέξανδρε
