You asked this question in 2014 in "Mr. and Mrs!!". And the answer now is the same as then -- both σύζηγος (spouse) and γυναίκα (woman; wife) are correct, the first apparently being more common in Cyprus (as well as in the majority of Greek journalistic writing), the latter being more colloquial in mainland Greece.
So keep in mind the existence of regional and/or generational differences in word use in Greek, just as in English.
