Our firm strongly believes that Human Rights are not merely a theoretical
matter but that there is a system in Europe whereby Human Rights
can be protected and enforced. We specialise in applications to the European
Commission of Human Rights of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
Our firm has pursued the first application to the European Court of Human
Rights against the Republic of Cyprus and against the Republic of Turkey.
Since then, we have been dealing with a number of such applications and
we have appeared before the Commission and Court in Strasbourg.
