Apollo Pastries is the leading industry in Cyprus in the production and export of pastry products for snacks and sweets, which for more than fifty years offers quality and service.

It started in 1952 as a small pastry shop serving the local community with delicious home made sweets.Soon the little shop became a workshop, producing pastry products, covering a more varied range and supplying wider area. Quality, Cleanliness and Service were the main aims and characteristics since the very beginning. Elements which gave Apollo the fame it enjoys today.

In 1960, by installing its first machinery, it became a small industry, producing and supplying a wide range of its well known by then pastry products throughout the island.

The expansion of Apollo Pastries took place in the year 1979. Modern technology was introduced and the best hygienic conditions were applied.

The main production of Apollo consists of: Studel - Leaves (Baclawa), Kunnafah (Kataifi Noodles), Danish and French Puff Pastry (Sfoliata), and snacks, oven ready Sanbusak, Italian type Pizza, Ravioli and Tortellini. In short, Apollo is manufacturing and exporting whatever is made of dough.

The latest machinery gave the opportunity to Apollo Pastries to expand in the Export Trade at most competitive prices. The high quality which made its products famous, established Apollo Pastries as one of the leading pastry manufacturers in the world, offering a wide range of pastry products for snacks and sweets which are widely sought - after, represented and exported with success   to a large number of countries.

As a recognition of the enormous success, Apollo Pastries was awarded FIRST PRIZE of the " CYPRUS EXPORT AWARD 1990"
