E-MAIL PROBLEMS

| A. | Send an e-mail to yourself. By doing this you can check both the sending as well as the receiving process. |

Check your 1. password. You may have mistyped it or you may have used capital letters
2. POP3 username, It should be the same as your username
3. Incoming mail server. It should be: mail.cytanet.com.cy .
If you are using Netscape then to verify your settings select Options from the Main Menu, then select Mail and News Preferences and then Servers.
If you are using Eudora version 1.5.2 then select Special Settings from the Main Menu,and then select the icon
Hosts to check your POP account. It should be: username@mail.cytanet.com.cy
If it's Eudora version 1.5.4 and higher go from Main Menu to Tools and then to Options to
verify that the POP account has the following value :username@mail.cytanet.com.cy |

| A.
| This means that your "Return Address" is incorrect.
If your using Netscape select
Options from the Main Menu and then Mail and News Preferences and then Identity.
Make sure that the "Reply-to-Address" is the same as your e-mail address.
In Eudora version 1.5.2 go from Main Menu to Special Settings
and then to Personal Info. In Eudora version 1.5.4 and higher
go to Tools from the Main Menu and then to Options and to Personal Info.
Make sure that the "Return Address" is the same as your e-mail address. |

Check your mail-servers settings. To do this, refer to the

how can I have access to my e-mail? |
| A. | If you have access to a computer connected to Internet via a local Internet provider
or otherwise, replace the POP3 usernamevalue with your POP3 username at CYTANET and the Incoming Mail Server value of your mail program to
mail.cytanet.com.cy
If you don't know how to do this refer to question number 2,above.

| A. | If you want to empty your mailbox then click
here and follow the instructions. |

| I want to delete unwanted e-mail from my PC. |
| A. | If you are using Netscape, select the message you wish to delete. Either you press the Delete button OR
from the Main Menu select Edit and then Delete Message. Your deleted message is now stored in the trash folder. To empty Trash click on the File from the Main Menu and then
Empty Trash Folder.
If you are using Eudora, select the unwanted message and press the Delete button OR select the message you want to delete and then from Main Menu goto Message and then select Delete. To empty Trash, from the Main Menu goto Special and then select
Empty Trash.
Now, your deleted messages have been permanently removed from your PC. |
