HOW DOES ONE CALCULATE HIS GROSS WAGES?
If your basic salary is lets say 180 pounds per month and the cost of living allowance is 190.55% , the total gross wages before all deductions are made is £ 522.99 The following calculation method was used:

342.99+180=522.99
