In an effort to serve the Greek and Cypriot communities' abroad better, the Group has established a number of Representative Offices around the world.

Most recently Representative Offices have been established in Eastern Europe as well. In locations such as Moscow and Bucharest the Group aims to cater for local companies which are customers of the Group or have a business interest in Cyprus. Furthermore, it provides information to potential Cypriot investors in the Russian, the Romanian and the greater Balkan Areas.

The contribution of the Bank of Cyprus to the Greeks of the United Kingdom is provided via the representative office in Manchester. This presence is the acknowledged duty of a bank with purely Cypriot roots, both towards our country and our expatriate customers.

In 1998, the Group has opened a Representative Office in Manhattan, thus establishing its presence in one of the world's greatest financial centres.
