One of the pearls of Belgian Culinary Art is certainly the Waffle, for which MILCAMPS has gathered an international reputation since Mr. Joseph Milcamps started large scale production back in 1932.

The Brussels Waffles and the Liege Waffles are known around the world, still made in Belgium according to the traditional recipes.

Natural products without colouring or conservation agents.

LIEGE WAFFLES

DESCRIPTION	: Waffle with sugar rocks, with or without butter.
INGREDIENTS	: Wheat flour, margarine, butter (according to the recipe), sugar rocks, water, eggs, milk powder, yeast, sugar, salt, vanilla flavour.
STORAGE	: Fresh Product, hermetically sealed 6 months :Frozen Product, hermetically sealed 9 months (at -18 deg.C)
TRANSPORT	: On Europallets, 48 boxes of 50 waffles weighing 115 g each.

BRUSSELS WAFFLES

DESCRIPTION	: Light waffle with eggs.
INGREDIENTS	: Wheat flour, water, eggs, vegetal oil, milk powder, sugar, salt, vanilla flavour, yeast.
STORAGE	: Fresh Product, hermetically sealed 6 months : Frozen Product, hermetically sealed 9 months (at -18 deg. C)
TRANSPORT	: On Europallets, 58 boxes containing 30 waffles weighing 70 g each.

BUTTER BISCUITS

DESCRIPTION	: Biscuit with pure butter.
INGREDIENTS	: Wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, milk, salt.
STORAGE	: Fresh Product, hermetically sealed 6 months. : Frozen Product, hermetically sealed 9 months (at -18 deg. C).
TRANSPORT	: Packed by 10 or by 20 pieces at 25 g each - 120 pieces per carton (6x20 or 12x10).

Different waffles available in 35g, 55g, 90g.

All waffles can be delivered frozen.

Frozen dough for the production of Leige Waffles is available for shipment, together with all professional equipment to bake, fresh on the spot, about 80 waffles per hour.
