Beer in Kegs

[INLINE] Kegs are first cleaned externally with warm water at the keg washing machine.

Beer from the filling tanks is first pasteurized, and is then ready to be filled into the kegs.

The keg then enters the filler. Once emptied from any previous beer residue, the inside is washed with a solution of caustic soda, then rewashed with hot water and sterilized with steam.

Kegs are next filled. The kegs weight is controlled by an electronic scale.

Once the security tab and the best before date are placed, the filled kegs are palletised and are once again ready for the consumer.
