Changes since HWemail 1.2

- Fixed a major security hole in the emailstorer.cgi that would potentialy allow
someone unsubscribign to delete the entire email database

- Modified to allow better NT SMTP server support

- Modified to be compatible with HAMweather 2.035

- Fixed bug where a user unsubscribes it would delete all users country setting

- Added some additional variable clearing to help stop any potential leakover from one email
forecast to another.

- Fixed potential bug with canadian email. the Canadian subscribe page does not allow
