The Statistical Service announces that it has published the report “Labour Statistics” for 1998. The report provides data on employment (Cypriot and foreign workers), unemployment, vacancies notified and filled, rates of pay, earnings and hours of work. Data are also provided on the consumer price index and comparable labour indicators for various countries.

The report is available for sale at the Government Printing Office in Nicosia at the price of £8,00 per copy.
