διέπουν την Επετηρίδα του Κ.Ε.Ε. |
1. Οι υποβαλλόμενες για δημοσίευση εργασίες
είναι πρωτότυπες και δεν έχουν υποβληθεί ή δεν
έχουν δημοσιευτεί προηγουμένως σε άλλα
επιστημονικά περιοδικά. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση η
δημοσίευση απαγορεύεται.
2. Δεν καλύπτουν περισσότερες από πενήντα
σελίδες της Επετηρίδας (εβδομήνταδαχτυλόγραφες).
3. Είναι γραμμένες στα ελληνικά, μπορούν όμως να
υποβληθούν και εργασίες που είναι γραμμένες σε
μια από τις εξής τέσσερις ξένες γλώσσες: αγγλική,
γαλλική, γερμανική και ιταλική.
4. Σε περίπτωση που είναι γραμμένες στην
ελληνική, μπορεί να δοθεί σύντομη περίληψη σε μια
από τις πιο πάνω ξένες γλώσσες. Αν είναι
γραμμένες σε ξένη γλώσσα, η περίληψη πρέπει να
είναι γραμμένη οπωσδήποτε στα ελληνικά.
5. Υποβάλλονται, όπου είναι δυνατόν, σε δισκέτα,
για να διευκολυνθεί και επιταχυνθεί η
διαδικασία.
6. Είναι ορθά συνταγμένες από γλωσσικής άποψης
και ακολουθούν (όσες είναι γραμμένες στα
ελληνικά) την καθιερωμένη ορθογραφία της
νεοελληνικής γλώσσας.
7. Δε γίνονται δεχτές, αν δεν είναι ευανάγνωστες
και εντελώς έτοιμες για εκτύπωση. Το Κ.Ε.Ε. δεν
αναλαμβάνει τη διόρθωσή τους και τις απορρίπτει,
ιδιαίτερα όταν απαιτούν σοβαρές και μεγάλης
έκτασης τροποποιήσεις και
διορθώσεις. Την ευθύνη για τις απαιτήσεις των
άρθρων 6 και 7 έχει αποκλειστικά ο συγγραφέας.
8. Από τη στιγμή που θα κατατεθούν δεν
επιτρέπονται οποιεσδήποτε αλλαγές ή προσθήκες
(ιδιαίτερα μετά τη σελίδωσή τους), εκτός από
διορθώσεις που επιβάλλονται προς εξομάλυνση
φραστικών ανωμαλιών και επίτευξη σαφέστερης και
πιο ακριβούς διατύπωσης.
9. Παραπέμπονται από το Διευθυντή σε ειδικούς,
αν υπάρχουν οποιεσδήποτε επιφυλάξεις για τη
δημοσίευσή τους ή αν κρίνεται αναγκαίο για
άλλους λόγους. (Οι απόψεις των ειδικών είναι
καθαρά συμβουλευτικού χαρακτήρα).
10. Δεν αντιπροσωπεύουν κατ' ανάγκη τις απόψεις
του Κ.Ε.Ε. Επιτρέπεται η αναδημοσίευση από την
Επετηρίδα οποιουδήποτε άρθρου, υπό τον όρο ότι θα
γίνει μνεία της πηγής απ' όπου προέρχεται.
Notice to contributors on articles submitted to the Cyprus Research Centre
(CRC) for Publication.
General Guidelines:
1. Articles to be submitted must be original works not previously forwarded to or
published in other academic journals. Otherwise they cannot be accepted for publication.
2. They must not exceed 50 pages in length (70 typed pages) of the Journal of the CRC
(Epeteris).
3. Articles submitted for publication must be written in one of the following
languages, Greek, English, French, German and Italian.
4. Articles submitted in Greek can include an abstract (not exceeding one page in
length) written in one of the other languages mentioned above. For articles submitted in
one of the other four languages, abstracts, if
included, must be written in Greek.
5. Where possible, articles submitted in typed copy should include a computer diskette.
This will greatly facilitate publication, especially if the article on computer is
converted to ASCII file.
6. Articles submitted must have correct spelling and syntax, with fully
annotated footnotes or endnotes.
7. Articles not easily legible and ready for publication are not accepted. The CRC will
not undertake their correction and editing, especially in instances where extensive
corrections and emendations are required.
8. Once submitted, articles cannot be altered or added to, especially following their
pagination, except for corrections required in the interests of uniform style and clarity
of expression.
9. Where reservations regarding the suitability of an article for publication arise, or
indeed for other reasons, the director of the CRC reserves the right to have it forwarded
to a specialist scholar (whose opinion is given in a purely advisory capacity).
10. Articles submitted and the opinions expressed therein do not necessarily express
the viewpoints of the CRC.
11. Articles published in the Journal of the CRC (Epeteris) can be republished, on
condition that express mention is made of their initial publication in the above journal.
12. Contributors should forward the title of their proposal article by 15 December.
Articles should be submitted to the Director of the CRC, in written and/or electronic
form, by 15 March.
13. Contributors of articles are entitled to receive 40 complimentary reprints free of
charge.
14. Articles, proposed titles of articles, and all correspondence concerning editorial
matters should be forwarded to the following address.
